HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)

We are hiring HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) for our growing team.

Experience: 3–4 Years
Location: Kochi/ Trivandrum

Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
Support performance management, appraisals, and talent development
Drive engagement initiatives and organizational culture
Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
Provide HR insights using data and reports for decision-making

Preferred skillsets:
Excellent communication skills
Proactiveness and ability to take ownership
Should be able to work as an Individual contributor as well as a team player
Should be ready to travel to Kochi and Trivandrum as per the demands
