Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales & Client Acquisition
• Visit hospitals, clinics, and individual doctors to introduce Company content packages.
• Pitch video content packages including YouTube videos, reels, interviews, and brand visibility.
• Clearly explain benefits such as increased patient trust, online visibility, and personal branding.
2. Lead Generation & Relationship Building
• Identify and generate new leads through field visits and referrals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and hospital administrators.
• Follow up with prospects and close deals within defined timelines.
3. Product Presentation & Closing
• Present pricing, deliverables, timelines, and content formats.
• Address client questions and objections confidently.
• Close sales and coordinate onboarding with the content team.
4. Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with the content and production team to ensure smooth execution after sale.
• Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to the sales head.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (healthcare, media, or digital services preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable meeting doctors, hospital management, and clinic staff.
• Ability to explain digital/content solutions in simple terms.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience selling digital marketing, media, or healthcare services.
• Existing network with doctors, clinics, or hospitals is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media and video content benefits.
