YouTube Content Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning & Ideation
• Research and prepare high-reach / viral video topics aligned with healthcare and doctor-led conversations.
• Develop structured content ideas and talking points for both the host and hostee (doctors, experts, guests).
• Track trends, audience interests, and competitor content to continuously refine content strategy.
2. Channel & Social Media Management
• Manage company YouTube channel and associated social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
• Coordinate with the video production team for timely content delivery.
3. Content Publishing & SEO
• Publish videos with optimized titles, descriptions, and tags using basic YouTube SEO practices.
• Create or coordinate attractive thumbnails to improve click-through rate (CTR).
• Add timestamps, hashtags, links, and CTAs where applicable.
• Maintain an organized content calendar.
4. Post-Publishing & Growth Activities
• Monitor video performance (views, watch time, CTR, engagement).
• Perform post-publishing activities such as:
• Sharing content across social media platforms
• Community post updates
• Comment moderation and engagement
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and audience feedback.
• Identify opportunities for repurposing content into shorts, reels, and clips.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in YouTube content management or digital media.
• Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO and content optimization.
• Strong understanding of viral content formats and audience behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple social media platforms.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare or educational content is an added advantage.
