Graphic Designer
We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience to create visually compelling designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills and the ability to translate concepts into high-quality visual designs.
Responsibilities:
▪ Design creative posters and visual content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
▪ Design ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Display Ads.
▪ Think creatively to develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and visually appealing app screen layouts and UI designs for mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.
▪ Develop website layouts, landing pages, and responsive UI elements using Figma or Adobe XD.
▪ Handle branding tasks: logos, business cards, letterheads, email signatures with scalable vector formats.
▪ Ability to create mockups and wireframes quickly for discussion.
▪ Work on branding materials, including logos, brand assets, and marketing creatives.
▪ Create banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements with print-ready specs (CMYK, 300 DPI).
▪ Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
▪ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
▪ Share fresh design ideas to make marketing materials more engaging and interactive
▪ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
▪ Solid understanding of brand identity and strategy, with experience developing brand guidelines and executing branding campaigns
▪ Revise and improve designs based on feedback.
Requirement:
▪ Proven experience in graphic design.
▪ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro etc.)
▪ Good sense of layout, color, and typography.
▪ Basic understanding of file formats, color systems (CMYK, RGB), and print production processes.
▪ Familiarity with responsive design principles and platform-specific sizes (e.g., 1080x1920px Instagram stories).
▪ Ability to convert ideas into clear, appealing visuals.
▪ Detail-oriented, creative, and a strong team player.
▪ Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
▪ Visual editing, motion graphics, and animation skills are a plus.
