Experience: 2–5+ Years
Location: Remote | Shift: USA/UK Hybrid Hours

We’re launching a new Prop Trading Firm and looking for a performance-driven marketer who can scale ads, funnels, and trader acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

• Run & optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Create high-performing ad creatives (images, reels, short videos)
• Build and optimize lead funnels & conversions
• Use automation & scraping tools (Phantombuster, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Track metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and improve ROI
• Explore new outreach channels (Discord, trading communities)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong paid ads & growth marketing experience
• Data-driven mindset with creative execution
• Automation & analytics knowledge
• FinTech / Trading experience is a plus

Salary based on experience
Night shift allowance if applicable
