Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at MarketBytes WebWorks Private Limited. In this role, you will lead and execute various digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

This position requires strong hands-on skills in SEO, social media management, content creation, paid ads, and analytics. You will be responsible for independently managing campaigns and contributing innovative ideas that help shape our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing channels.

- Manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

2. Social Media Management:

- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

- Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and enhance brand presence.

- Analyze social media insights to improve performance.

3. SEO & Website Optimization:

- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, competitor analysis, and off-page SEO activities.

- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

4. Content Development

- Create compelling content for blogs, social media, website pages, ads, newsletters, and marketing materials.

- Collaborate with designers for graphics, infographics, videos, and creative assets.

5. Analytics & Reporting

- Track and evaluate campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and engagement metrics.

- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to improve ROI.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration

- Work with the design, development, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen branding and digital reach.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Digital Marketing Expertise

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.

- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing is preferred.

2. Content & Communication Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to create engaging content aligned with brand tone.

3. Technical Skills

- Familiarity with marketing tools such as:

- Google Analytics, Search Console

- SEMrush / Ahrefs

- Meta Business Suite

- Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools

4. Creativity & Strategy

- Innovative thinker with a passion for digital trends and marketing strategies.

- Organizational & Analytical Abilities

- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
