Senior Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our branding, digital initiatives, and inbound lead-generation efforts. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to global marketing, especially in the US/North American markets, and experience in driving marketing for IT services organizations.
This is a high-ownership role requiring a self-starter who can independently manage digital marketing campaigns, content development, brand positioning, website management, and team leadership.

1. Global Branding & Market Positioning
• Drive the company’s branding initiatives across global markets, with a strong focus on US/North America.
• Strengthen market visibility through strategic messaging, digital presence, and industry engagement.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all channels.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other social media platforms.
• Build and execute inbound lead-generation strategies through SEO, social engagement, email marketing, and automation tools.
• Attend and organize webinars, virtual events, and online campaigns to increase brand reach.
3. Website Management
• Manage the company website and ensure content, design, and technical SEO are optimized.
• Coordinate with development team to improve website UX, speed, and conversion rate.
• Keep web content updated with blogs, case studies, service pages, and announcements.
4. Content Strategy & Communication
• Create high-quality content: blogs, newsletters, case studies, landing pages, social posts, and marketing assets.
• Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all materials.
• Support sales teams with content for proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
5. Market Research & Segmentation
• Conduct research to understand the US/North America market, competition, and customer segments.
• Develop market segmentation strategies and detailed buyer personas.
• Identify emerging trends and drive targeted marketing campaigns accordingly.
6. Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Leadership, and HR teams to align business goals with marketing strategies.
• Evaluate performance metrics and refine marketing plans based on insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, focusing in the IT services industry.
• Proven experience with global branding and marketing, especially for US/North America.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, inbound strategies, SEO, campaign execution, and analytics tools.
• Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience in website management (CMS, SEO, analytics, UI/UX basics).
• Strong understanding of market segmentation, customer journey mapping, and positioning strategy.
• Ability to manage and lead a marketing team.
• Self-driven, fast learner, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
