About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Administrative Assistant to support our finance and office operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with bookkeeping, and strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, bank transactions).
Handle accounts payable and receivable; follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate ledgers.
Support GST/TDS filings.
Manage petty cash and maintain expense records.
Administrative Support
Manage office documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Assist with procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and events
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
1–1.5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/MS Excel).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
