Business Development Executive

Difinity Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in software sales to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in software sales or IT sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex software solutions effectively.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
