Job Description – Node.js & React Developer
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, the ability to build scalable applications, and a solid understanding of modern web development practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React.js.
Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both Node.js and React applications to ensure maximum speed, performance, and reliability.
Ensure seamless functionality by resolving issues related to DOM manipulation, component lifecycle, and JavaScript behavior.
Build reusable components, libraries, and modules for future use and improved development efficiency.
Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Implement authentication, authorization, and overall security best practices in web applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies to continuously enhance development quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Node.js and React.js development.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON.
In-depth understanding of Node.js frameworks such as ExpressJS or NestJS.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
Solid understanding of Git and version control best practices.
Good knowledge of TypeScript and structural type systems.
Experience with GraphQL APIs is an added advantage.
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.) and security best practices.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
