Senior Consultant - Automotive

This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven track record of project management, ready to take on the challenge of coordinating global teams and stakeholders. You will be working closely with your project teams, providing project management support to their engagements, including administration, organisation of project meetings, governance, and reporting.

The role is based primarily out of Kochi with occasional travel and requires collaboration with International clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring alignment with management expectations and organisational goals.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation across multiple international locations.
• Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and suppliers globally to ensure seamless execution of project tasks
• Ensure the achievement of key KPIs, maintaining high-quality deliverables and service standards.
• Allocate resources effectively, assign responsibilities, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead regular cross-functional project meetings (local and international) and project status reviews with all stakeholders, including executive management.
• Resolve conflicts, manage communication, and foster strong, collaborative relationships with diverse global teams and customers
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and client stakeholders.
• Leverage knowledge of project management tools to streamline tracking, reporting, and collaboration.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently and within a team, and manage multiple tasks smoothly
• Great organisational skills and eye for detail
• Strong MS Office skills, understanding process flow, problem-solving, and understanding of different project tools

Ideal Candidate Profile

• B Tech + MBA
• 3 to 5 Years of experience
• Prior working experience in the Automotive/ Consulting industry is preferred
• Highly proficient in English and Hindi. French will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel, both in India and overseas, on a project basis
