We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive with hands-on experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid campaign strategies, audience targeting, and analytics, along with the ability to optimize performance and drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy development to maximize ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Work closely with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall brand and content strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
Analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
