Associate Consultant or Consultant Quality and Market Research

In close collaboration with the Directors and Managers, you will work in a fast-growing independent firm serving major accounts in India & Europe.

As a Consultant, you will be closely working with the Management Team for project management support, market research and quality management. You will be working closely with your project teams, providing support for their engagements, which will involve support with project activities, pipeline management, quality audits and validation tasks. The position caters to both IT and non-IT business environments, requiring adaptability and a strong understanding of business operations.

The role is based primarily out of Kochi with occasional travel and requires extensive collaboration with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment and with clients. Strong focus on quality management with keen attention to detail, and carry out quality audits in line with client requirements and standards
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Analyse errors and deviations, identifying root causes and trends
• Prepare feedback reports and assist in developing corrective and preventive action plans
• Support the creation and delivery of training modules related to quality processes
• Monitor key quality KPIs and assist in meeting defined targets, and maintain proper documentation of audit findings and quality reports
• Involved in process training to ensure the expected quality is maintained
• Conducting detailed research, preparing actionable insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve processes, and guide strategic initiatives
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis

Primary Required Skills

• Strong ability in pipeline management, quality control, developing process documentation and a focus on managing repetitive tasks
• Good command of the English language and strong communication skills
• Exposure to audit processes or quality checks (internship/academic project experience can be considered)
• Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in the field of quality management
• Deep interest in research and analysis, and the ability to delve deep into topics and synthesise data into useful information
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of Excel Macro being an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of quality management standards and processes (ISO or similar is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• MBA or any post-graduation in Analytics or related fields
• Prior working experience in the Automotive/ Consulting industry is preferred
• Highly proficient in English and Hindi. French will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel, both in India and overseas, on a project basis
