Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong commerce background and the maturity to handle responsibilities independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Assist with basic accounting functions, including maintaining records, preparing vouchers, and updating entries in Tally.
Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain office inventory, monitor petty cash, and track routine operational expenses.
Support the HR and Accounts departments with routine administrative functions.
Perform additional clerical or administrative tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.Com/M.Com qualification is mandatory.
Working knowledge of Tally is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Candidates with prior experience or those re-entering the workforce after a career break are encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to individuals with a mature, responsible approach and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
