Job Summary
This role will manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage talent sourcing and job postings across relevant hiring platforms.
2. Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
3. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit by conducting telephonic interviews.
4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
5. Handle recruitment operations, documentation and trackers.
6. Support offer management and pre-onboarding activities.
Key Skills Required
1. 1 – 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Knowledge of hiring practices and sourcing techniques
4. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment
7. Strong time management and coordination skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
