Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite Team Lead
Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (10 AM – 7 PM)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Team Lead to join our dynamic team to work for an offshore project. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS, specializing in design, development, and customization of Oracle EBS modules. The role will involve working with Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow, to develop and enhance solutions within the Oracle EBS environment. A strong technical background, coupled with functional knowledge in Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA), is required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customization & Extension Development: Lead Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions to Oracle EBS based on business requirements.
• System Integration: Lead integration efforts between Oracle EBS and third-party applications, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide technical expertise.
• Oracle PL/SQL: Support to build complex PL/SQL code to enhance existing modules and support data integration tasks.
• Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies for Oracle EBS upgrades and implementations.
• Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications, with an emphasis on performance tuning and optimization.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation including functional and technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
• Functional Knowledge of Finance Modules (30%): Utilize strong understanding of Oracle EBS Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets) to effectively integrate, customize, and support the business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
o 15+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS and deep knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and AME.
o Extensive experience with system integration, data migration, and technical troubleshooting.
o Proficient in developing customizations and extensions within Oracle EBS.
o Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle EBS systems.
o Strong working knowledge of ERP solutions and the ability to develop technical documentation.

• Functional Knowledge:
o In-depth functional knowledge of the Finance modules within Oracle EBS, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering effective and efficient solutions.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
o Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
o Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle certifications related to Oracle EBS and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades and cloud integrations.
