About the Role

We’re looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team and help improve our Asset Management System (AMS). This role is based in Kochi and involves working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand how the current system operates, identify areas for improvement, and help design a more efficient solution.

What You will Be Doing

• Collaborate with business users to understand how assets managed and where improvements needed.
• Document business and technical requirements in a clear and structured way.
• Analyze current processes and suggest more efficient alternatives.
• Lead workshops and meetings to align teams and gather input.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Support testing, training, and rollout of the new system.
• Ensure the solution meets compliance standards and internal policies.

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Techno Functional consultant, ideally with AMS or enterprise systems
• Good understanding of asset management lifecycle.
• Experience in collaborating with different teams and managing expectations.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms
• Business analysis certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA
