HR Intern
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, enabling you to gain practical knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews).
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Help in monitoring attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for HR-related requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
