Project Coordinator Intern (Live projects- WFH)

Role: Project coordinator Intern
Internship Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support our project management team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in building a career in project coordination or project management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and organizing project activities, tasks, and timelines.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to support day-to-day project operations.
• Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate meeting minutes.
• Support the project manager in coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Help prepare project documentation, reports, and follow-up updates.
• Track project progress and update task boards using tools like Trello, ClickUp, or JIRA.
• Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist in identifying risks, issues, or delays and report them promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and learn quickly.
• Familiarity with project management tools (preferred but not required).
