Gen Ai Lead Developer

Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Snowflake is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and ETL workflows.
Ability to design, build, and optimize complex data pipelines and procedures for data flow.
Experience with data modeling, schema design, and query optimization.

System Understanding
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Familiarity with data integration patterns (batch, streaming, APIs).
Understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles.

Tools & Platforms
Familiarity with Snowflake ecosystem (warehouses, tasks, streams, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Informatica, or similar).
Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
Familiarity with JIRA for agile project management and task tracking.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Communication
Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Strong documentation skills for data flows, pipelines, and transformations.
Collaborative mindset, working closely with stakeholders.
Self-driven and independent, with proactive problem-solving skills.
Responsive and communicative (e.g., via Teams).
