Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers. The role involves researching prospects, maintaining accurate lead data, and assisting the sales team in building a strong and actionable pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and compile potential leads using online platforms, databases, and industry resources.
• Build and maintain a structured list of qualified prospects aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach or follow-ups when required to assess lead interest and gather essential information.
• Share qualified leads with the sales team and ensure a smooth handover.
• Update and maintain lead information accurately within the CRM system.
• Prepare periodic reports on lead status, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and improve overall efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or inside sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent research skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
