Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets (US, UK,Europe, Middle East, APAC).
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for IT services such as web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and digital transformation services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business segments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and communication.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business pitches tailored to specific needs.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to refine offerings and improve lead conversion.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales coordination.
• Represent the company in virtual meetings, networking events, and international conferences (as needed).
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in IT services or software sales targeting international clients.
• Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of IT services, digital products, and current technology trends.
• Ability to work independently with a performance-driven approach.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is an advantage.
