Procurement Engineer/Manager – ELV & BMS

Handles all procurement activities for ELV and BMS systems, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and compliance with project and company standards

• Plan, source, and procure ELV & BMS materials as per project needs.
• Develop vendor relationships and negotiate for best pricing and terms.
• Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations and prepare comparison sheets.
• Ensure materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain procurement records and track supplier performance.
• Coordinate with project teams for timely delivery and execution.
• Stay updated on market trends and key OEMs.
• 2–3+ years of experience in procurement for IT, ELV, or networking systems.
• Good knowledge of ELV products – Switches, Routers, CCTV, Access Control, Cabling, PA, AV (BMS and Fire Alarm preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & Word.
• Good command of English, verbal and written.
