Performance Marketing Specialist (Urgent Hiring)

Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for maximizing ROI, driving qualified leads, and scaling performance across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute & manage lead generation and other ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize for ROAS & CPL goals
Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences & placements
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
Analyze data & prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital advertising
Suggest budget allocation and scaling strategies based on data performance

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media advertising
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
