Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Workflow Optimization: Advise management on how to automate processes and create smart, efficient workflows.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and implement tailored solutions.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in software consulting, CRM systems, or IT solutions.
CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with Zoho, Salesforce, or any customized CRM.
Education Consultancy Experience (Preferred): Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and propose automated solutions.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
