Senior Manager – HR Operations & Systems

Admaren Tech is hiring a Senior Manager – HR Operations & Systems to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HR infrastructure. This role involves optimizing HR systems, rolling out structured performance management processes, integrating employee development tools, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems & Technology
• Benchmark and evaluate our current HRMS (Keka) against other leading platforms; lead the transition and implementation if required.
• Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless workflows across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, payroll, and exit processes.
• Lead the integration of tools such as Mettl or other development platforms to support assessments and L&D initiatives.
Performance Management
• Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system aligned with business objectives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), feedback structures, review cycles, and calibration processes.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure smooth execution and adoption across all teams.
HR Process Design & Compliance
• Create and document all major HR processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows.
• Ensure alignment of HR operations with internal policies and statutory compliance requirements.
• Regularly audit and update policies covering employment, leave, grievance redressal, POSH, and disciplinary matters.
Learning & Development Integration
• Support development of personalized learning and development plans for employees based on performance and assessment data.
• Integrate third-party platforms into the HRMS to streamline training delivery and tracking.
Metrics & Reporting
• Establish and track HR metrics such as employee engagement, attrition, and performance trends.
• Generate regular reports for leadership and support data-driven decision-making across people functions.
Cross-functional Project Management
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads on HR-related initiatives that impact organizational growth.
• Manage the execution and delivery of people-related projects in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Development (MHRD)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on systems implementation and process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in HRMS evaluation, implementation, and system integration (Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to design and implement performance management frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools like Mettl, Mercer, or similar assessment platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working in fast-paced or scaling organizations is preferred.
