We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join MarketBytes WebWorks Private Limited. This internship is ideal for final-year BBA/MBA students or recent graduates who have a strong interest in sales, marketing, and IT services.
As a Business Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, CRM management, and sales strategy execution. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand real-time business development processes in the IT and Digital Marketing industry.
This role offers valuable industry exposure and the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research:
* Assist in identifying potential clients through market research and online platforms.
* Support the team in building and maintaining a qualified prospect database.
* Conduct basic competitor and industry research.
Sales Support & Documentation:
* Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
* Maintain proper documentation of sales activities.
Client Communication & Follow-Ups:
* Assist in client follow-ups via email and phone under team guidance.
* Support scheduling meetings and coordinating discussions with prospects.
* Ensure timely responses and communication tracking.
CRM & Pipeline Management:
* Learn and manage CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.
* Update lead status, maintain records, and monitor the sales pipeline.
* Generate basic reports for review and analysis.
Sales Meetings & Strategy:
* Participate in internal sales meetings and strategy discussions.
* Contribute ideas and insights for improving lead conversion and outreach strategies.
* Gain practical exposure to sales planning and execution.
3. Eligibility Criteria:
* Final year BBA / MBA students or recent graduates.
* Strong interest in sales, marketing, and IT services.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of business development or digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
