Skill Requirements:
• Proven experience in reservations, customer service, or back-office operations(hospitality or short-term rentals preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) and channel management tools.
• Basic understanding of pricing and revenue management is an advantage.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Flexible to provide support outside regular hours if needed (due to UK time zone).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
