A day at your work will include:
1. Managing reservation requests
2. Handling booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
3. Ensuring proper documentation and communication of all reservations, customer interactions, and transactions.
4. Resolving any booking-related problems and addressing customer concerns.
5. Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Staying updated on the latest market trends, industry updates and company policies.
To fulfil the above you must have:
1. A graduation in any field of study.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Problem solving skills to analyse situations and resolve with minimum guidance.
4.High attention to detail as accuracy is vital in this role.
5.Time management and ability to work within tight deadlines.
6.Familiarity with computers or Mac systems.
7.Ability to build a rapport with customers, suppliers, and team members.
8.A talent in negotiation skills and gift of the gab is preferred, confidence is key.
9.Prior experience in a similar role or any CRM system would be beneficial (not mandatory).
