We are looking for a Python Developer who is passionate about AI and wants to work on practical, real-world GenAI and automation workflows.

Role Overview
We're hiring a Python Developer with strong AI-centric skills to join our AI team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Python and hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and automation tools like n8n. Familiarity with Langfuse, vector databases, and modern AI observability tools is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop AI-driven applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
* Build and maintain RAG pipelines involving document loaders, embedding models, and vector databases.
* Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various LLMs.
* Automate workflows using n8n and custom Python integrations.
* Integrate and monitor LLM behavior using Langfuse or similar tracing tools.
* Collaborate with project managers, QA, and designers to deliver high-impact AI features.
* Continuously research and integrate best practices in GenAI and automation.

Required Skills
* Strong Python development experience with a focus on backend or AI use cases.
* Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based systems.
* Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation.
* Experience working with vector stores like ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar.
* Familiarity with Langfuse or prompt tracing tools.
* Understanding of RESTful APIs, Docker, and modular software design.
* Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, or open-source LLMs
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration libraries
- Frontend basics for UI integration (React/HTML optional)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of prompt evaluation and metrics-based tuning
