Key Responsibilities:
- Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment.
- Serving as administrator for various corporate software systems.
- Managing and administering Microsoft Entra Admin Center, including user provisioning, group
management, and role-based access control in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Deploying and enforcing IT security policies and procedures across endpoints and cloud services.
- Providing Tier 1-3 support and resolving IT-related issues for all staff in a timely and professional
manner.
- Administering and maintaining internal networks, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and related
infrastructure.
- Configuring, maintaining, and supporting VPN solutions for secure remote access, including user
setup and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including hardware setup and
account provisioning.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements in IT procedures, technologies, and equipment.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge in IT support, help desk procedures, products, services, and
modern cloud administration.
- Managing and maintaining an issues tracking/ticketing system, reporting on issue resolution times
and SLA compliance.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to align with business goals.
- Implementing layered security protocols and procedures to prevent internal and external threats.
- Creating and managing user accounts, groups, and access policies in compliance with data
security standards.
- Performing system diagnostics and debugging procedures to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Documenting processes, change logs, and performing regular data backup and archiving tasks.
- Developing and maintaining data retrieval and disaster recovery procedures.
- Designing and implementing end-user feedback systems and structured error reporting tools.
- Mentoring and supervising junior IT staff while providing training and escalation support.
- Staying up to date with advancements and best practices in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT
operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Entra Administrator Associate, Cisco, or
CompTIA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in environments using Microsoft
Entra ID.
- Strong experience with cloud identity management, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, and M365
administration.
- Deep knowledge of networking concepts and hands-on experience in VPN configuration, firewall
management, and endpoint security.
- Solid understanding of IT security best practices and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system
performance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and ensure consistent user satisfaction.
