We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist (Sub contract and Vendor support) to join our team in Kochi location to support our global HR operations to manage essential employee processes in Sub contract and Vendor support . Responsibilities
1. The role will report directly to the HR Operations Manager in India, but will also require to close working collaboration with the UK and India location Manager and other senior delivery manager across UK and India.
2. You will be responsible for managing the Subcontractor hirings across India and UK including working with the senior management teams and our external vendors to delivery improved Subcontractor onboarding experience for our clients.
3. Process and track new Subcontractor enquires, liaising closely with our client delivery managers.
4. Support negotiations and work order releases with our external vendors.
5. Managing the required external checks for all new subcontractors onboarding with our external suppliers.
6. Manage all necessary steps required for successful onboardings into our internal systems and our client systems.
7. Support and organise Subcontractor start days to ensure a smooth and efficient project onboarding process.
8. Monitor all existing subcontractor contract deliveries and provide management reporting to Manage the offboarding process for all Subcontractors working closely with our HR teams.
Requirements
1. The ideal candidate would be a graduate with plus 5 years of professional experience with previous experience of HR / Recruitment processes around Subcontractors.
2. IT literate, must have excellent knowledge for all Microsoft applications, together with adapting quickly to internal software systems operated internally within in-tech.
3. Experience with subcontractor hiring, placement and working with the vendors would be an advantage but not essential.
4. Experience in negotiations with subcontract vendors would also be an advantage.
5. Excellent communicator, in written and verbal English skills.
6. Experience with SAP and Jira would be an advantage, but is not essential.
7. You have an independent and proactive way of working.
8. While the role would be flexible allowing you to work from home, ideally you would be able to attend our Kochi office at least once a week.
9. The role will be based around India time zone normal working hours, however the selected candidate will be required to adjust working hours to meet client deliveries in UK.
10. You be required to adjust your start time to later in the day to accommodate working later in evenings to still speak to our UK delivery teams who have a 4/5 hour time zone difference.
