Google Ads Specialists
Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and manage diverse Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max), optimizing them through keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, bidding strategies, and A/B testing while expertly setting up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4, monitoring key metrics, and providing actionable performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max).
● Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
● Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences for better performance.
● Monitor campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, Conversions, ROAS, etc.
● Conduct A/B testing for ads and extensions.
● Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
● Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
● Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policy changes, and platform updates.
Key Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
● Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and keyword tools.
● Proven track record in lead generation, e-commerce sales, or brand awareness campaigns.
● Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
● Google Ads Certification (Preferred).
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:
● Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Performance Max) is a plus.
● Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and conversion tracking.
● Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Keyword Planner.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
