Web Developer (React Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer (React Preferred) with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, efficient code and developing responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to build and maintain high-quality websites and web applications. A strong grasp of core front-end technologies—including JavaScript, CSS (including Sass), HTML, and modern React practices—is essential, along with a focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain modern, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.

Build reusable React components and implement UI features based on Figma or other design mockups.

Convert Figma or other design mockups into fully functional, pixel-perfect web pages.

Ensure high performance and cross-browser compatibility across various devices.

Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.

Integrate APIs using Fetch/Axios within React applications.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Maintain code quality through documentation, testing, and participation in code reviews.

Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in front-end and React development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of professional experience in front-end web development.

Advanced proficiency in HTML5: strong understanding of semantic markup, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices.

Advanced CSS3 skills: expertise in Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, animations, and experience with Sass/SCSS.

Strong JavaScript ES6+ skills with a solid understanding of front-end performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with React.js, including:

Components, props, state, hooks

React Router

State management (Redux / Context API / Zustand)

API integrations

Strong understanding of browser behavior and debugging tools.

Solid communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Knowledge of modern tools and platforms such as WordPress, Figma, Photoshop, PHP, or Tailwind CSS is a plus.

Experience with Git version control is an advantage.
