Client Relations Manager
Role and Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships through regular communication and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage project timelines and client feedback.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to log all client interactions, segment leads, and manage communications.
• Escalate unresolved concerns and collaborate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups through email, SMS, or phone.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.
• Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
• Develop client retention strategies focused on relationship-building and service excellence.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with clients and prospects in a professional, courteous manner.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Document all customer activities, appointment requests, and customer interactions with real estate professionals in our CRM software.
Requirements
• Completion of a graduation (degree in Marketing is ideal).
• 1 to 3 Years of experience in Client relations and coordination.
• Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
• Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Hindi is good to have)
Work Timing & Location
Work Timing : 06:00 pm to 03:00 am IST (Canadian Shift)
Job Location – Remote/InfoPark, Koratty, Thrissur, Kerala
