HR Manager

We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry (service-based or product-based) to lead and manage our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, statutory compliance, PF & ESI processes, performance management systems, employee engagement, and the entire appraisal process.
+ Essential Job Functions
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards and company values.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements, including labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other employment-related regulations.
• Liaise with external legal advisors and government bodies for audits, inspections, and queries.
• Oversee payroll processes, Provident Fund (PF) operations, and other employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure smooth coordination with finance and payroll vendors for monthly processing.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System .
• Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the complete annual appraisal cycle including feedback, rating calibration, and increment processes.
• Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain positive employee relations through consistent and transparent communication.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate periodic HR reports and dashboards.
+ Education and Experience
• Proven work experience (10+ years) as an HR Manager in an IT services or product-based organization.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, payroll, and appraisal systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
