HR Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in core HR functions and passionate about building a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
> Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
> Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
> Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives
> Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with the finance team
> Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
> Assist in organizing training & development programs
> Handle employee queries and provide necessary support
> Contribute to creating a positive work environment
Requirements:
> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
> Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role (IT industry experience is a plus)
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills
> Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
> Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
> Detail-oriented and well-organized with multitasking abilities
