Team Lead - PHP Laravel Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - PHP Laravel Developer to oversee a team of developers, ensure high-quality project delivery, and contribute to building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of PHP, Laravel, and modern development practices, with proven leadership experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
PHP Laravel: Expertise in building scalable applications, designing RESTful APIs, and leveraging Eloquent ORM.
MySQL: Skilled in database design, optimization, and writing complex SQL queries.
Microservices Architecture: Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Git: Proficient in version control, including branching, merging, and repository management.

Leadership & Methodologies:
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong expertise in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to plan and manage sprints effectively.
