Software Tester (Manual Testing)

Location: Infopark
Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Female candidates with 1-2 years in software testing, particularly in manual testing methodologies.

Job Description:

Execute manual test cases to ensure the quality and stability of software applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using bug tracking systems.
Collaborate closely with software developers and project managers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the design and development of test cases based on functional requirements and technical specifications.
Perform regression testing to validate new features and ensure existing functionality remains intact.
Contribute to improving testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide status updates and escalate issues as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and methodologies.
Experience with bug tracking tools and test case management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Essential : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
