Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Bangalore, India
Work Schedule: Night Shift — 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (IST)

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to handle existing client operations, drive revenue growth, manage team workflow, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day client servicing, team productivity, invoicing, collections, marketing efforts, and coordination across departments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency and business expansion, especially targeting clients in India and USA seeking U.S. business formation and other CPA services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the operational workflow of existing clients and ensure timely and smooth service delivery.
• Take responsibility for client invoicing and collections, ensuring all payments are received on time.
• Maintain client relationships through direct follow-ups, as well as coordination with case managers and project assistants.
• Oversee and manage the company’s digital media platforms to strengthen brand presence and visibility.
• Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and follow up to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports evaluating each employee’s task completion and
overall productivity.
• Ensure the team remains focused, accountable, and goal-oriented to achieve productivity benchmarks.
• Implement targeted marketing strategies in India for U.S. entity formation and CPA services.
• Follow up with potential leads directly or through the team to convert inquiries into active clients.
• Increase company revenue by collecting outstanding invoices and onboarding new clients consistently.
• Manage the internal team operations productively and ensure business goals are met efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, operations management, or client servicing.
• Strong working knowledge of invoicing, collections, workflow management, and task
delegation.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, project tracking systems, and digital media platforms.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple clients and ensure timely service delivery.
• Strong communication skills in English to confidently handle international clients.
• Experience working with or marketing to Indian clients for U.S. business services is
preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently during night shift hours (8:30 PM to 8:30 AM IST).
