Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter development, along with working knowledge or experience in either Android Native or iOS platforms. You will play a key role in building high-quality, scalable mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.
* Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.
* Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native SDKs as required.
* Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
* Ensure the application complies with design standards, coding guidelines, and performance benchmarks.
* Keep up to date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.

Must-Have Skills:
* 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
* Strong understanding of Dart programming language.
* Knowledge or experience in Android Native (Java/Kotlin) OR iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
* Experience working with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and Firebase.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Good understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and state management (Provider, Bloc, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Knowledge of UI/UX principles for mobile apps.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
