Job Purpose:
React Developer to assist in the design, development, and optimization of front-end
applications using React.js

Job Description :
• Develop and maintain React applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Assist in building reusable and modular components following best practices.
• Work with state management using React Context API or Redux (as needed).
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data fetching.
• Write clean, maintainable code following coding standards.
• Participate in unit testing and debugging using Jest or React Testing Library.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to ensure smooth application development.
• Stay updated with modern front-end trends and best practices.
• Work with Git for version control and follow Agile development methodologies.



Duties and Responsibilities:

▪ Understand and translate business requirements into front-end solutions.
▪ Implement pixel-perfect UI components based on design specifications.
▪ Work closely with senior developers to improve code quality and structure.
▪ Perform basic code reviews and debugging to ensure smooth functionality.
▪ Ensure basic application security by following best practices for API handling and authentication.
▪ Optimize the front-end code for performance and efficiency.
▪ Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
