Role Overview:
As a Business Support Engineer at Onesoft Technologies, you will be responsible for providing technical support, consultations, and training for our software solutions. You will work closely with the sales & development to ensure seamless product implementations, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Consultation:
Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical consultations.
Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and requirement documents.
Address technical queries from potential clients and recommend solutions based on their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.

Implementation & Training:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and implementation of PharmacyPlus and ThinkPOS software for clients.
Provide training sessions to customers on software functionalities and best practices to ensure smooth adoption of the software.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support through phone, email, remote assistance, and on-site visits, as required.
Troubleshoot software, integration, and hardware issues related to POS and pharmacy management systems.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues, implement bug fixes, and introduce software enhancements.

Product Enhancements & Customizations:
Support the integration of eClaims, Malaffi, inventory management, and accounting modules within PharmacyPlus.
Coordinate with the development team for customizations and feature enhancements.

Documentation & Feedback:
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including installation guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals.
Gather customer feedback to continuously improve product features, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving technical issues and providing timely support.
Assist with smooth onboarding for new customers and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, or software implementation, preferably with POS or pharmacy management software.

Technical Proficiency:Strong technical knowledge of Windows-based applications and databases (SQL Server).
Familiarity with system integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.

Industry Knowledge: Experience with POS systems, retail software, and pharmacy management solutions is a plus.

Communication Skills:Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations effectively.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze issues and propose solutions efficiently.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Healthcare and Retail Software Experience: Experience in healthcare and retail software solutions is an advantage.
