Required Skills

✅ Consulting experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) as a primary module.
✅ SuccessFactors EC certification with in-depth expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
✅ Strong knowledge of SAP HCM & multiple SF modules (EC, Payroll, LMS preferred).
✅ 4-5 full-cycle end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM.
✅ Experience with SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate).
✅ Strong understanding of HR business processes & industry-specific workflows.
✅ SF integration knowledge is a plus.
✅ Extensive experience in:
• GCC benefits configuration & full SF suite implementations.
• Time Tracking with extensive Positive TM scenarios.
• SAP HCM & EC Payroll (Hybrid Model Implementations).
✅ LMS experience is an added advantage.
✅ Working experience in GCC region
✅ Strong communication skills
