Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated *Tele Caller / Customer Support Engineer. to engage with potential customers and provide information about our services/products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls via Phone, Teams etc to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain records of calls and customer responses.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments if required.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and conversions.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Previous experience in Tele Caller / Customer support Engineer.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must have a smartphone and a stable internet connection.
- Minimum of 1 year Experience.
