About the Role
We are seeking talented and passionate freshers with internship/project experience in MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).

Responsibilities:
a) Assist in developing and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
b) Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to deliver high-quality products.
d) Knowledge with troubleshooting and debug applications to identify and resolve issues.
e) Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
f) Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
a) Internship/Project experience in MERN Stack Developer.
b) Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and React.js.
c) Knowledge with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
d) Knowledge with Express.js and other Node.js frameworks.
e) Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design principles.
f) Knowledge with version control systems (Git).
g) Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
h) Strong communication and collaboration skills.
i) A passion for learning new technologies and a strong work ethic.
j) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
k) Contributions to open-source projects.
