HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Work Location: Cochin, Kerala
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Experience: 6 months to 1 Year
Qualification: MBA HR
Candidates based in the Ernakulam city only need to apply.
Smart candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills is mandatory
Salary Range :INR 15,000 to INR 18,000.

Note: Prior experience in the IT industry, along with exceptional document management and communication skills, is essential.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the organization’s human resources by recruiting, onboarding & offboarding, HR Documentation, employee management, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Identify, evaluate, and interview potential candidates utilizing job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
• Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding and offboarding documentation, ensuring a seamless process for new hires and departing employees.

Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale.
• Address employee queries and resolve issues related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Ensure the accurate management of attendance and leave records in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management:

• Collaborate with the HR Department Lead and Management to facilitate the effective execution of performance appraisal processes.
• Provide support in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.

Policy Implementation:

• Coordinate with the HR Department Lead and Management to implement and update HR policies and procedures effectively.
• Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to company guidelines.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong
background in HR Administration, recruitment, employee management, and HR documentation.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
