ERP Consultant Trainee

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled ERPNext Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting ERPNext solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and map them to ERPNext functionalities.
Configure and customize ERPNext modules such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM, and more.
Develop workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance ERP usability.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective ERP utilization.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and goals.
Propose ERP solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure ERPNext integrates seamlessly with other systems and tools.
Perform regular updates, upgrades, and maintenance of ERP systems.
Prepare detailed documentation of project plans, processes, and customizations.
Generate reports and provide actionable insights based on system data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com), Business Administration (BBA, MBA), or related fields.
Knowledge of ERPNext or similar ERP platforms like Odoo is an advantage.
Knowledge of Tally is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Freshers are welcome.
