Digital Marketing executive
Penguin Data Centre Pvt Ltd . is a B2B SaaS travel technology company delivering solutions to global clients. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice under NATS for a period of 1 year to support high-impact, AI-driven marketing initiatives across international markets.
This role is built for individuals who are execution-focused, growth-oriented, and ready to scale fast in a competitive SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Drive organic growth through keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and AI-powered visibility
• Create and distribute high-impact content and creatives (social media, campaigns, marketing assets) using Canva
• Support off-page SEO and backlink strategies to strengthen domain authority
• Produce short-form videos, reels, and product demo content for marketing campaigns
• Manage lead flow, tracking, and follow-ups, ensuring alignment with conversion goals
• Monitor performance and deliver data-driven insights using analytics tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute integrated marketing strategies
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance
Required Skills
• Strong content writing skills with SEO and conversion focus
• Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media ecosystems
• Knowledge of AI-driven SEO and brand visibility optimization
• Hands-on experience with Canva for content and creative production
• Understanding of backlinking and off-page SEO strategies
• Basic video editing skills (or strong learning intent)
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and LLM tools
• Understanding of lead management, CRM workflows, and funnel thinking
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and execution mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Literature, or related field
• 0–6 months experience or internship in digital marketing
• Exposure to Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, and CRM tools
