Business Analyst Apprentice

Penguin Data Centre Pvt Ltd is a growing software company. We are looking for a Business Analyst Apprentice with internship experience or 0–1 year of experience to join our team and develop practical Business Analysis skills while working on live software projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support senior Business Analysts in requirement analysis.
• Prepare basic user stories, BRDs, and process flows.
• Work with Development and QA teams to understand project requirements.
• Assist in preparing wireframes and workflow diagrams.
• Participate in testing and UAT activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of project requirements and updates.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Completed a Business Analysis course/training or certification.
• Internship or 0–1 year of experience in Business Analysis is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in Business Analysis.
